The Forres Highland Games will take place in the stunning natural arena of Grant Park. The event attracted visitors from across the world, including Germany, Hong Kong, Spain, the USA, New Zealand, Ireland, France and Canada.


The Forres Highland Games’ team is offering a range of sponsorship and trading opportunities which will give businesses and organisations a great way to showcase what they do to a local, national and international audience.

Sponsor an event


Set in the Games arena, the Forres Highland Games showcases over 35 individual events from the traditional heavy events such as tossing the caber to the message bike race which is unique to our Games.


Sponsorship of each event is £70 and in return the sponsor will get the following coverage:

  • A mention in the  programme
  • A social media ‘shout out’ of the Games FB and Twitter pages
  • An announcer call-out at the start of your chosen event on the day of the Games.

Promote your business or organisation to thousands of people at the Forres Highland Games and show your support for our event.

This is a great way to get recognised for what you do. A new addition to the Forres Highland Games sponsorship pack, we expect it will be a popular proposition, so get in quick!

  • Display of one Banner (approx. 2 Metres) showing your logo, in the Forres Highland Games design, on the park (including cost of production),
  • A listing as a sponsor in the souvenir programme.



Seating Sponsor: £125

Our designated seating area gives guests a chance to rest their legs and spectators the best view of the arena to enjoy the events. The seating sponsor will be recognised in the following way:

  • A banner/placard displayed at the entrance to the seating area
  • A social media ‘shout out’ on the Games FB and Twitter pages



Message Boy’s Bike Sponsor: £120 (8 opportunities)

Unique to the Forres Highland Games and a real highlight of the day is the Message Boys Race where competitors often made up from spectators take part in a race on old style message bikes. Often used in event publicity and an attraction for the press, the bikes get a good show on the day. A sponsor of one message bike will be recognised in the following way:

  • Their logo or brand on the message bike
  • A social media ‘shout out’ on the Games FB and Twitter pages



Highland Dancing Sponsorship: £200

Attracting over 60 dancers from around the world, no Highland Games would be complete without its Highland dancers. Set in a designated area of our arena within the stunning Grant Park, the Highland dancing attracts a huge crowd all day long. The Highland dancing sponsor will be recognised in the following ways:

  • A banner/placard displayed adjacent to the Highland dancing stage
  • A social media ‘shout out’ of the Games FB and Twitter pages
